Winning the lottery is always exciting! If you’ve played with Lancellot and found yourself with a winning ticket, here’s how to easily find your prize and withdraw your winnings. Our process is designed to be simple, clear, and secure.

Where to Find Your Winnings

Once the lottery results are available, your ticket moves from the My Groups tab to the Results tab. If your ticket is no longer in the “My Groups” tab, it has likely moved to the “Results” tab with an update on whether you won.

In the Results Tab:

• If you purchased a private ticket Go to the Private Tickets section. Your ticket will appear there.

• If you joined a group ticket Go to the My Groups section. Your group ticket will be listed there.

Click on the Details button next to your order to see if you’ve won and view the amount of your prize.

Small Winnings (Up to $800)

If you win more than $1, our system will automatically transfer your winnings within 3 business days. If you paid with PayPal, the money will be sent to your PayPal account. If you used a credit card, the amount will be refunded to your card.

If your prize is less than $1, the system will wait until your total winnings reach at least $1 before making a transfer. However, if you would like to withdraw it sooner, you can contact our customer service. Please note that PayPal may charge a fee for small transfers. We recommend waiting a little longer to let your winnings add up.

Large Winnings (Over $800)

For prizes over $800, a member of our team will contact you directly to arrange a secure transfer to your bank account. We want to ensure your winnings are delivered safely and quickly.

Coming Soon: A New Winnings Overview Feature

We are working on a new feature that will allow you to:

• View all your past winnings
• See which winnings have been paid and which are still pending
• Check your current balance
• Request a payout with the click of a button

This feature is not yet available, but we will send you an email as soon as it is live. We will also update this article to include full instructions.
